The Vat’s very own resident Scotsman, Darren, is preparing a traditional Scottish specials menu for Burns Night. On the menu is a traditional Scotch Broth, Haggis, Neeps and Tatties, Stovies and Irn Bru Chicken. For those feeling particularly brave there will also be battered Mars bars available as well.

After you’ve gorged yourself on some delicious, classic Scottish dishes, there will be an open mic poetry evening, celebrating the life of Robert Burns and offers on whisky as well.
