Funhouse Comedy Club, which already runs successful nights at numerous venues all over the country, is excited to announce the launch of its brand new comedy night at The Swan In The Rushes, Loughborough, on Sunday September 6th.

Funhouse Comedy Clubs is renowned for having exceptionally friendly audiences and a brilliant atmosphere which have led to double wins at the Best Midlands Comedy Club awards with leading comedy website Chortle. Previous acts to have played its clubs on their road-to-fame-and-fortune include, Russell Kane, Jack Whitehall, Rhod Gilbert, who described the clubs as “among the best anywhere in the world” and Sarah Millican who commented; “I always have a great time at Funhouse gigs. SuppoComedy Posterrt is from the quietly confident, appealing and quick-witted Ben Briggs. With his amazingly funny stories, he takes his audience on a hilarious journey.

Also appearing will be the cheeky and friendly Stevie Gray with his boundless energy and mix of news, music and comedy and the unique and bizarrely talented Roger Swift, with his laugh a minute gags. Plus the slightly posh and extremely interesting Benji Waterstones; finalist in the ‘So you Think You’re Funny’ competition 2014 and winner of ‘Beat The Frog World Series’ the same year.
