May 18th 1999 was a Red Letter day for drinkers in West Bridgford, with the opening of the Stratford Haven representing the first new on-license in the town for many a long year.
Constructed from the shell of an old pet shop, the ‘Strat’ has been a real success story from day one, with a wide cross-section of the local populace enjoying its hospitality.

The pub’s proximity to Trent Bridge cricket ground and Forest’s City Ground ensures that match days are never quiet affairs.

Up to 14 cask beers are on sale, in addition to a wide range of imported brands.

We will be taking part in the CAMRA STOUT AND PORTER STROLL again this year which will start on Sat 10th March and run till 31st March. At least one stout or porter on all the time. Which will be available on the 8 ball throughout and Lucky Sevens will be available on Stout and Porter all day every day.
