ONE OVER THE EIGHT

RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) ‘ONE OVER THE EIGHT’ is a LOYALTY CARD PROMOTION for Tynemill customers
2) The Promotion runs in PARTICIPATING PUBS ONLY.
3) ‘ONE OVER THE EIGHT’ is NOT guaranteed to be in operation at all times. The management reserves the right to suspend the promotion temporarily, especially during partiularly busy periods of trade. Whenever possible, notice will be given if this is to be the case.
4) ‘ONE OVER THE EIGHT’ Collectors cards are offered SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY, from the bar of any Castle Rock outlet.
5) Collectors cards are valid both for Qualifying Purchases and for the claiming of their Redemption Value in ANY participating outlet.
6) In return for EIGHT QUALIFYING PURCHASES, as indicated on a completed Collector’s card, ‘ONE OVER THE EIGHT’ offers either ONE FREE QUALIFYING PRODUCT, or and Advertised Value as a part purchase or Multiple-Card Purchase.
7) Every day, each outlet will display it’s Qualifying Purchases for that day. These may include draught and bottled beers and ciders, wines and spirits, and soft drinks, and will indicate the QUALIFYING MEASURE that must be bought.
8) Food purchases may also qualify, either as individual menu items, or at an advertised value applicable across the menu.
9) THE LIST OF QUALIFYING PRODUCTS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE ON A REGULAR BASIS.
10) For each Qualifying Purchase, customers will receive ONE STICKER on an empty space on their Collector’s Card.
11) When a Collector’s Card is full i.e. containing EIGHT stickers, it can be exchanged either for a free qualifying product of the appropriate size or measure or for its advertised discount value against a part purchase.
12) Customers may choose their free product ONLY from the CURRENT list as displayed in the participating outlet from which they wish to claim their prize. The card may of course be retained until a preferred product is displayed.
13) Full Collector’s Cards can be saved up in order to be exchanged for Multiple-Card Purchases as advertised e.g. for Castle Rock merchandise or take-home polypins.
14) From time to time SPECIAL PRIZES and other deals may be offered in addition to the list of Qualifying Products. Completed cards may be exchanged for these if perferred.
15) Redeemed Collector’s Cards will be entered into a CENTRAL WEEKLY DRAW and three prizes will be awarded.
16) Winning names will be displayed each week and EIGHT PRIZE VOUCHERS, each with a redemption value equal ONE completed Collector’s Card, will be mailed direct to winners.
17) Prize Vouchers can be exchanged for Qualifying Products in ANY participating outlet.
18) Stickers will NOT be given for Redemption ‘Purchases’ either by Card or Voucher.
19) AT ALL TIMES Castle Rock licensees, management and staff retain the right to refuse service and apply all aspects of the licensing law to the operation of this promotion.
20) Castle Rock Ltd reserves the right to disqualify individuals from this promotion at it’s absolute discretion, for breaches of the rules, terms and conditions or the spirit in which the promotion is intended to be conducted.
21) Castle Rock Ltd reserves the right to alter the rules, terms and conditions of this promotion at its absolute discretion, and without notification.
22) This promotion is NOT open to employees of Castle Rock Ltd or of any Castle Rock associated company.
23) Normal value of any promotional card = 0.001p.
