… As well as our own award-winning Castle Rock beers, we champion cask ales from the smaller corners of the industry: micro and regional breweries, which thankfully continue to thrive all over Britain.  Our pubs specialise in Czech and German pils lagers; wheat beers from Belgium and Germany; Belgian strong ales and fruit beers; and lager beers from elsewhere in Europe and occasionally from even further afield.
Thanks mainly to a long and fruitful relationship with an independent Nottingham merchant, you’ll find a refreshing choice of top quality wines in Castle Rock pubs – wines that don’t feature on the shelves of national supermarket and off-licence chains.

IN THE KITCHENS…
Every Castle Rock pub is unique and are very lucky to have some great menus, developed in-house with imagination, creativity and flair.
  All our catering managers, chefs and cooks seek to offer the quality and value of real food – the only corporate image we want to portray – using local suppliers and natural and traceable ingredients as much as possible.  Please see individual pub pages for their menus.
