When registering your card on the above link, please enter the last four digits of your card number only. Please then use your activation code in full. An activation code can be printed for you in any of our participating pubs.

How to use the Castle Rock App

  • Once you have registered, add a profile picture. This allows our bar team to find you easily and keeps your points safe.
  • Always Check In before you get to the bar. Most importantly, let your server know you are Checked In.
    This allows your server to link your app account to your transaction. It is in this way that points can be credited to your account.
  • Watch your points stack up as you spend in our pubs. You can see how many points you have on your Castle Rock Collective card at the top of your app. It will also show how much they are worth in pounds and pennies.
  • Redeem as money off your bill whenever you choose! Occasionally we offer exclusive money saving discounts on items such as tickets and merchandise when you use your points, too.

Is the app free to download? 

The app is completely free! To use the app you need to create an account and provide your information for it to work.

What is this “POINTS” Malarkey?

Simply put, earn points in our pubs as you spend. These can then be redeemed as money off your bill when you choose.

  • For most products, a £1 spend = 4 points
  • For Castle Rock products, a £1 spend = 8 points
  • On special occasions (or if we’re feeling generous), you’ll be able to earn triple points on certain products.
  • Each point you earn is worth 1 penny when redeeming.
  • Points will appear automatically within half an hour.

How do I spend my points?

You can redeem points against any purchase, just order as normal at the bar and ask your server when you wish to redeem.

What can I spend my points on? 

You can spend your points against almost anything in our pubs. Save them up and treat yourself to a big breakfast, or use it to get your next pint free. You can even redeem your points on merchandise at the Canalhouse (perfect for Christmas pressies) and sometimes we’ll have tickets to events which you can buy with your points, too… Look out for Yard Party 2024 tickets coming soon!

Do I have to have enough points to cover my whole order to redeem?

You don’t need to have enough points to cover your whole basket value. Simply pay the difference.

Can I redeem points at any Castle Rock pub?

You can redeem your points in all Castle Rock managed houses, although the scheme is currently not available for tenancies. Check the list above for all participating pubs.

Can I collect points using the delivery platforms?

Sorry, this loyalty scheme is only available via the Castle Rock app.

Who do I contact if there’s something wrong with the Castle Rock app?

If the team behind the bar is unable to help you, please get in touch via social media or send an email to loyalty@castlerockbrewery.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What if my points don’t appear on the app?

If your points haven’t transferred over to the Castle Rock app, or if new points earned do not show up on the app, please get in touch via social media; filling in a contact form on our website; or scrolling to the bottom of the app’s homepage and pressing ‘Send us your feedback’.

You can also ask the team behind the bar or send an email to loyalty@castlerockbrewery.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I click and collect with the app?

Not yet! Although this is a long-term goal for some of our pubs.

Can I use my points on your online shop?

Unfortunately, not at the moment. But don’t lose faith! This is a new system and we’re hoping developments will enable you to spend and accumulate points when shopping online with us.

In the meantime, look out for merchandise offerings in our pubs and raid their fridges for beers-to-go! Not only will you earn points, but most of our pubs offer 30% off all bottled and canned beer to go.
