Melbourne four-piece FLYYING COLOURS return to the UK in support of third long player ‘You Never Know’, released in March on esteemed shoegaze label Club AC30. The follow-up to 2021’s ‘Fantasy Country’, ‘You Never Know’ continues Flyying Colours’ penchant for fusing pop hooks with textured guitar sounds that’s seen them compared with My Bloody Valentine, Ride and A Place To Bury Strangers among others.
Expect to hear songs from the new record as well a selection of classics from their extensive back catalogue.
London dreampop duo DEARY are one of the hottest tipped bands to emerge this year. Recently signed to Sonic Cathedral, their debut single ‘Fairground’ came out to a wealth of critical acclaim in January while the follow-up ‘Beauty In All Blue Satin’ garnered similar levels of praise upon release in May.
Nottingham trio BLOODWORM will be joining them. Their darkly tinged take on post-punk has drawn comparisons with early Cure, Bauhaus and The Smiths so we’re pretty stoked to have them join the bill.
More supports will be announced soon with Some Velvet Evening DJs playing before, after and in between the bands.
