Oktoberfest at the Poppy and Pint

This year, we will be celebrating Oktoberfest across several of our pubs, with an amazing range of Oktoberfest beers (while stocks last). Come and join in the festivities at your local and see what all the fuss is about!

Oktoberfest runs from Saturday 16th September to Tuesday 3rd October.

The Great Crickety Bake Off at the Cricketers Rest

The Great Crickety Bake Off is back for 2024!  Bring down your home-baked sweet or savoury treats before 7pm to have them entered into the competition! Judging starts from 8pm. Sweet and savoury categories are judged separately. There will also be a charity raffle, with many prizes to be won. All proceeds will go to Cancer Research UK.

Folklore Night at the Fox & Grapes

Fox Tales presents Christmas Tales, presented by The Woolly Tellers!  Join the Fox & Grapes for their new monthly Folklore night!  Enjoy an evening full of storytelling and folklore, plus a hot buffet and of course, great beer! Tickets £10 per person if bought in advance or £12 on the door, from 6pm.  Tickets available to buy over the bar or by phone.
