The Fox & Grapes requires a competent, highly-motivated, confident and focused individual to take on the role of Deputy Manager.
The candidate will be supporting the manager in all aspects of running this site located in the trendy, up & coming Sneinton Market area of Nottingham, providing an extensive range of cask ale, craft beers, wines and spirits plus a varied food menu.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate knowledge and competency in all aspects of drink planning & service along with having strong skills in the kitchen as menu development, promotion and food service will form part of the daily duties. Staff management is a prerequisite alongside possessing first-class customer service skills.

The Vat & Fiddle requires a confident and focused individual to join the management team as a Supervisor. The right candidate should have a good working knowledge of leading a team, cask & craft beer, cider, wine & spirits.
Experience of working in a kitchen would be advantageous although training can be given in this area. Familiarity with all Social Media platforms is essential in aiding the promotion of the pub and the function room.
