Full training will be provided and immediate starts are available, all bar staff must be 18+.

Catering Manager – Fox & Grapes

The Fox & Grapes requires a competent, highly motivated and creative individual to take on the role of Catering Manager.

The successful applicant will have full responsibility over menu development, ensuring the offering is exciting, creative, seasonal and on-trend, and that budgets are met.

Applicants should be fully knowledgeable of all relevant food safety legislation and make sure procedures are in place to maintain the current 5-star food hygiene rating.

Assistant Manager – Lincolnshire Poacher

The Lincolnshire Poacher requires a competent, highly motivated, driven and focussed individual to take on the role of Assistant Manager.

The successful candidate will be expected to assist in the day-to-day running of the pub, maintaining the high standards already in place, while building on the offer and helping with the promotion of the venue.

Social media skills would be advantageous to promote this iconic Castle Rock pub.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate exceptional cellar skills, a good grasp of Stocklink, knowledge and competency in event and promotion planning, drink range planning and team management, alongside possessing first class customer service skills.

Supervisor / Shift Manager – Poppy and Pint

The Poppy and Pint required a confident and focused individual to join the management team as a supervisor and shift manager.

The right candidate should have good working knowledge of leading a team, craft beer, cider, wine and spirits.

The Poppy is Castle Rock’s leading food venue and has a full diary of corporate and private functions, so the right candidate must be versatile with transferable skills.

Experience of working with a cask ale cellar is essential in this thriving community site in the heart of Lady Bay.

Familiarity with all social media platforms is essential in aiding the promotion of the pub.

Deputy Manager – Barley Twist

The Barley Twist requires a dynamic, highly-motivated, confident and focused individual to take on the role of deputy manager.

The candidate will be supporting the manager in all aspects of running this site located on Carrington Street, Nottingham, providing an extensive range of craft beers, wines and spirits plus a small cask offering.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate knowledge and competency in all aspects of drink planning and service along with having strong skills on all social media platforms and event planning.

Staff management is a prerequisite alongside possessing exemplary customer service skills.

Supervisor / Shift Manager – Bread and Bitter

Closing date: Ongoing

Castle Rock requires a dynamic, motivated and focussed individual to join the team at the Bread and Bitter. The Bread is a busy community pub in the heart of Mapperley, with a broad clientele and a relaxed atmosphere.

The candidate will be supporting management in aspects of running the pub, with full site responsibility on some shifts.

The right candidate should have a good working knowledge of leading a team, keg and cask beer, cider wines and spirits. The Bread runs a busy kitchen so experience with food service is beneficial.

Experience working with a cask ale cellar is essential and a passion for beer is highly desirable.

The position is 35+ hours a week.
