BIIAB LEVEL 2 ABCQCK – CELLAR COURSE
Duration – One day (lunch and refreshments included)
This qualification is designed to help candidates ensure that their beer is consistently served in an optimum condition.
It aims to increase sales and decrease wastage. Covers every aspect of real ale from deliver to serve and includes a brewery tour and practical tutoring in our training cellar.

- Keg Beer
- Pouring the Perfect Pint
- Line Cleaning
- Bottled and Canned Beer
- Hygiene and Safety
- Glass washing
