We’re looking for a confident, organised and food-loving Sous Chef to join the team at The Willowbrook, a welcoming Castle Rock pub at the heart of its local community. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fresh pub food, takes pride in consistency, and is ready to support the Head Chef in leading a busy kitchen with energy and care.
At The Willowbrook, we serve proper pub classics, light bites, pizzas, burgers, children’s meals and Sunday favourites, with a focus on good-quality food, friendly service and a relaxed pub experience. We need a Sous Chef who can help keep standards high, support the kitchen team, and make sure every plate leaves the pass looking and tasting right.

The Canalhouse require a highly motivated and dynamic individual to assist the management team as supervisor/cellar person. 

This is a full-time role, worked across a flexible rota including evenings, weekends and busy trading periods.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid bar experience who is ready to take the next step, support the management team, and help lead shifts in one of Nottingham’s best-loved pubs.

As Bar Supervisor, you’ll help keep the pub running smoothly day to day, supporting and motivating the team, delivering excellent customer service, and making sure our standards are consistently high, even when things get busy.
