Sous Chef at the Poppy and Pint

The Poppy and Pint pub is looking for a talented and dedicated Sous Chef to join their team.

This is a full-time position, worked across a flexible rota including evenings, weekends and busy trading periods.

As a Sous Chef at the Poppy, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, cooking, and presentation, whilst also assisting in menu development and kitchen management. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef looking to take the next step in their career in a supportive and vibrant environment.

Supervisor at the Canalhouse

The Canalhouse require a highly motivated and dynamic individual to assist the management team as supervisor/cellar person. 

This is a full-time role, worked across a flexible rota including evenings, weekends and busy trading periods.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid bar experience who is ready to take the next step, support the management team, and help lead shifts in one of Nottingham’s best-loved pubs.

As Bar Supervisor, you’ll help keep the pub running smoothly day to day, supporting and motivating the team, delivering excellent customer service, and making sure our standards are consistently high, even when things get busy.
