The Poppy and Pint pub is looking for a talented and dedicated Sous Chef to join their team.
This is a full-time position, worked across a flexible rota including evenings, weekends and busy trading periods.
As a Sous Chef at the Poppy, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, cooking, and presentation, whilst also assisting in menu development and kitchen management. The right candidate will be able to work behind the bar, 10-15 hours per week (part time).
