We wanted to keep things simple for this beer and let the flavours of the Citra and Azacca hops shine. On the first sip the beer is fruity and fresh in flavour, with noticeable hints of tropical fruit and citrus, think lime and mango, the finish is refreshingly crisp with a satisfying amount of bitterness.

Maris Otter and Torrefied Wheat in the malt grist provide subtle biscuit notes and malty sweetness, balanced by a sulfate heavy water profile, enhancing bitterness and adding a little bit of extra bite to the beer.

This fresh-tasting pale would go down great for a hot day spent in the beer garden, or equally sat inside in the rain, with a tasty plate full of comfort food to warm your soul!
