Session is hopped generously after the boil and then again post-fermentation with Simcoe and Amarillo hops to give the beer its characteristic tropical fruit, pine and citrus aroma. Oats and a softer water profile create a fuller mouthfeel.
This beer is unfined and unfiltered for more flavour and presents with a consistent and pleasant haze.
