Our dry hop pales are an ode to great cask beer. They are balanced, brewed to sessionable ABVs and presented bright. Similar to our core beers in terms of process, the focus here is on hop-forward aroma and flavour profiles. We use this range to explore new hops and experiment with different hopping practices.

Malt: Low Colour Maris Otter, Maris Otter
