The Vat & Fiddle requires a highly motivated and dynamic individual to take the role of assistant manager.
The Vat & Fiddle is the brewery tap and a busy pub, with beer gardens to the front and rear, a large function room and events space, close to local sports grounds so is incredibly busy with football and cricket fans.
Applicants will be expected to assist the General Manager in all aspects of running the day-to-day operation of the business. As such, applicants should have an in-depth knowledge of cask & craft beers, experience of planning and organising live music & other events, the desire to drive the brewery tour business and the ability to manage multiple events.
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate strong financial understanding, be team players and be fully fluent in all social media platforms.
