Castle Rock has a rare opportunity to join their sales team as Direct Free Trade Telesales Executive.
As the Direct Free Trade Telesales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our direct free trade customers, supporting order capture and account administration across phone and digital channels. You will manage day-to-day activity in our CRM system (Breww), coordinate closely with our Warehouse and Delivery teams, and work with Sales and Marketing to ensure customers receive timely information and excellent service.

Title: Direct Free Trade Telesales Executive
Location: Castle Rock Brewery, Queensbridge Road, Nottingham, NG2 1NB. Occasionally includes work off-site, including in our pubs, at festivals and other events.
Salary: £30,000, plus performance-related bonuses
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 per week

The Vat and Fiddle require a highly motivated and dynamic individual to assist the management team as supervisor/cellar person.
The successful candidate will be expected to maintain the current high standards already in place, whilst building on the offer and promotion of the venue to increase footfall. Marketing & social media skills would be an advantage.
The right candidate will be supporting the managers in all aspects of running the pub, with full site responsibility on some shifts.
Applicants should be able to show willing to learn/help with events & promotion, planning & execution, good staff management along with a passion for first class customer service.
