Head Chef at the Willowbrook

We are looking for an experienced and creative Head Chef to join our team at the Willowbrook!

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, developing menus, creating recipes, and managing the kitchen staff. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking and a strong knowledge of food safety regulations. The Head Chef should also be able to work well under pressure and have excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and development.

• Manage the kitchen staff and delegate tasks.

• Ensure that all food safety regulations are adhered to.

• Monitor food costs and maintain budgeted goals.

• Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working order.

• Train and mentor new kitchen staff.

• Create innovative dishes that are visually appealing and flavourful

Digital Marketing Assistant

Castle Rock has a rare opportunity to join their small marketing team as Digital Marketing Assistant.

This role requires work outside of usual hours, consisting primarily of content creation for Castle Rock’s social media accounts and developing their online presence using analytics and emerging trends. You will also provide organisational and practical support to the marketing team.

Title: Digital Marketing Assistant

Location: Castle Rock Brewery, Queensbridge Road, Nottingham, NG2 1NB. Occasionally includes work off-site, including in our pubs, at festivals and other events.

Salary: £25,000-26,000 dependent on experience.

Hours: 37.5 per week, flexible times as occasionally evenings and weekends will be required.
