On Monday 9th January we’ll be closing all the pubs so we can enjoy our annual family gathering in the brewery yard. We’ll be celebrating Christmas, New Year, and everyone’s hard work over the festive period – all rolled up in one massive party.
And, as with all good parties, there will be:
Save the date. Doors open at 1pm, and close again at 1:45pm ready for awards at 2pm.
Please note: if you arrive later than 1:45pm then you will have to wait until the Award Ceremony is over to be admitted.
Voting closes on the 18th December at 11:30pm.
Please make sure you vote for who you’d like to see win the Employee of the Year award for your pub! Also included in the forms is a section for you to RSVP and provide dietary requirements.
The employee of the year is the person from your pub – or, if you’re voting as a manager, a manager from another pub – that you recognise as consistently going above and beyond. That special someone that always puts the needs of the pub before their own. Or the one that always steps up to help their colleagues… This award is for them.
Vote wisely. You only get two.
(No. 1 is your priority vote. In the case of a tie between nominees, vote No. 2 will be taken into account to help settle the draw!)
