Join Musical Chairs at Canalhouse as we celebrate Nottingham Comedy Festival!

In the beginning, there were dinosaurs. They didn’t write songs or tell jokes, but if they had, only one of them would be allowed to use an instrument at once on any given comedy bill.

Musical Chairs boldly breaks the ultimate taboo and brings you three melodic comedic powerhouses.

Ashley Frieze is a comedy club regular, with a guitar bag full of daft and witty songs and a joyous energy to warm up even the coldest of crowds.

Kitty Messalina is a comedic triple threat: a queer woman of colour: lewd lyrics and raunchy rhymes from this salaciously smutty songstress.

Friz Frizzle is the ultimate song ruiner. They take you to another plane with logical lyrical leaps that will surprise and delight you.

It’s simply an hour of wonderful musical stand-up comedy, proving you can have multiple musical comedians on the bill… and nobody gets hurt.
