Paul Menel and The Essentials are a progressive rock band formed by the former vocalist from IQ between 1985 and 1989. Paul featured on the most successful IQ albums, namely, ‘Nomzamo’ and ‘Are You Sitting Comfortably’?
2022 marks the 35th Anniversary of the release of Nomzamo. Paul and his band will be playing tracks from their latest album, ‘Spare Parts for Broken Hearts’, along with the entirety of Nomzamo (headline shows online) and a selection of other IQ classics.
