OUR NEW LOYALTY SCHEME: THE CASTLE ROCK COLLECTIVE

The Castle Rock Collective is a brand-new loyalty scheme for Castle Rock Brewery’s managed pubs. Just like any points-based scheme, just swipe your card every time you spend to accumulate points.

Here is everything you need to know:

When does the Castle Rock Collective go live? * EDIT *

If you didn’t sign up online, please note there has been a delay for new sign-ups – you will now be able to pick up a card from Monday 6th September. (If you signed up online, your card is ready for collection from your chosen pub.)

WEBSITE SIGN-UP HAS NOW CLOSED.

To allow us to get everyone’s card registered in time for the launch on the 30th, we’ve stopped taking sign-ups online. Don’t worry though, you can still sign up in your Castle Rock local from the 6th September.

I already signed up via your website. When and how do I get my card?

If you signed up on our website, your card will be ready to collect from 30th August from your chosen Castle Rock pub. It will come preloaded with 250 points. You will automatically be registered and can begin collecting and redeeming points straight away. Only online sign ups made before midnight on Thursday 19th August will receive 250 points.

IN-PUB SIGN-UP:

I’m going to get mine when it launches in the pub. How does it work?

If you wait to sign up in your Castle Rock local, you must pay £1 to buy your Castle Rock Collective card. This will come preloaded with 100 points (worth £1 to redeem). You can begin collecting points right away but must register your card before you can redeem your points.

What happens when I register my card?

Most importantly, your card is activated, and you can begin spending your points. You’ll also be added to our mailing list so we can send you special offers like birthday treats and exclusive deals. You must register to use your card, but you can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.

Why are you charging for the card?

We are and we aren’t. Only in-pub sign-ups are charged, and you get back what you put in – this way we just hope to minimise plastic waste by encouraging our customers to keep their card safe.

What is this “points” malarkey?
  • For most products, a £1 spend = 4 points
  • For Castle Rock products, a £1 spend = 8 points
  • On special occasions (or if we’re feeling generous), you’ll be able to earn triple points on certain products.
  • Each point you earn is worth 1 penny when redeeming.

Can I use my Collective card on your online shop?

Unfortunately, not at the moment. But don’t lose faith! This is a new system and we’re hoping developments will enable you to spend and accumulate points when shopping online with us.

Can I use my Collective card when I order on Preoday?

Not currently. Similarly, we’re waiting for technology to catch up with us. We’re hoping to be able to integrate the Castle Rock Collective with Preoday very soon.

What are the Castle Rock Collective “First Release” Cards?

521 people signed up for our exclusive “First Release” cards, which were free and also loaded with 500 points. Occasionally they will receive a little something extra from us for their enthusiasm and support.  But, generally speaking, their cards are the same as yours.

Who do I contact when there’s a problem with my Collective card?

If the team behind the bar are unable to help you, please send an email to loyalty@castlerockbrewery.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

To allow us to help you more quickly, please include your card number in your email.
