Another year, another amazing Nottingham Craft Beer Festival!

Here’s a brief overview of our time at NCBF 2024.

First off, we had the pleasure of sharing our bar with our friends at Thornbridge Brewery. Together, we created Thirty-Five, a 5.0% classic pale that delivers floral notes with a refreshing grapefruit and pine flavour. This was pouring throughout the festival and we hope you all loved it!

ON THE BAR

NCBF is a great opportunity for us to showcase some of the collabs we’ve been brewing up this year alongside some of our favourite breweries. Here’s a rundown on what was on offer across the festival:

Castle Rock Brewery – Session – 4% ABV, vegan, gluten free

Upfront hop aromas of grapefruit, citrus and tropical fruit give way to a juicy and moreish flavour with a soft bitterness.

Castle Rock Brewery – DDH Pale: Citra – 5% ABV, vegan

Juicy and soft pale with masses of Citra dry hop. Intense, zesty aroma with grapefruit and tropical fruit flavours in abundance.

Salopian x Castle Rock – Dominion – 5.5% ABV, vegan

A tasty tropical ale hopped with Sabro, Nectaron, Mosaic and HBC 586 with pineapple puree to finish.

Turning Point x Castle Rock – The Grape Unknown – 6.2% ABV, vegan

A white grape IPA hopped with Nelson Sauvin.

Atom x Castle Rock – Son Of A Peach – 4.5% ABV, vegan

Inspired by peach iced tea. This brew is floral, peachy and tart making for a well-balanced sour.

Pilot Project – Cherry Saison – 6.4%

A classic Saison with added tart red cherries.

As always, a huge thank you to everyone who came by, tried a beer and had a chin wag with us! Another thank you to everyone involved in putting together another unforgettable beer festival.

See you next time,

Team CRB x
