Terms & Conditions
The promoter is Castle Rock Brewery.
The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over who are direct free trade customers of Castle Rock Brewery, excluding employees of Castle Rock Brewery, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
The promotion opens on 30th April 2026 and closes at Midnight on 19th July 2026.
Customers will receive one entry into the prize draw for every purchased 9G cask of Over the Bar during the promotional period.
No purchase necessary. To enter for free, eligible entrants may submit their business name, contact details, and the words “Over the Bar Brew Day Entry” by post to: Marketing Department, Castle Rock Brewery, Queensbridge Road, Nottingham. NG2 1NB. Free entries must be received before the closing date. One postal entry per business.
One winner will be selected at random after the closing date and contacted using the details provided. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Castle Rock Brewery reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The prize consists of:
A brew day on Castle Rock Brewery’s Pilot Kit with recipe development brewer Danny;
Attendance for the winner plus up to five guests aged 18 or over;
The opportunity to collaboratively brew either a Pale, Golden, Bitter, or Stout up to 4.5% ABV;
One complimentary 9G cask of the finished beer for use at the winner’s pub;
The option to purchase additional stock of the beer, subject to availability;
A discount code for food at the Vat & Fiddle.
The brew date must be selected from the following available dates: 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th of September 2026.
Travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses are not included unless otherwise stated.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
Castle Rock Brewery reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
By entering the promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion.
Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be processed for the purposes of administering the promotion and in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
Castle Rock Brewery reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
