The Heron Music Café for Well-Being
The Heron Music café hosts regular live music sessions to enhance well-being. So, if you are feeling a bit lonely, isolated, have dementia, are a carer for someone, or even if you just fancy a coffee, chat and a sing, then turn up! Everyone is welcome and there are even free refreshments on arrival.
Every first and third Monday of the month, 10:30am-12pm. Fully inclusive, all welcome, and of course, free entry.
Curry and Quiz Night
Enjoy a curry for just £13.00 with £3 towards a drink* from 5-9pm! At 9pm the Poppy quiz commences!

Poppy Seeds
The Poppy Seeds is a weekly meet up for mums, bumps and little ones. Get together to meet other mums, share experiences and tips, or simply enjoy the excuse to get out of the house for a coffee and a cake!
