We hope you love your Castle Rock goodies, but if something isn’t right, we accept returns up to 14 days after your delivery date. We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that items are returned clean, unworn, and have all their tags on. Return postage must be paid by the buyer.
Please note that items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our pubs. We are unfortunately unable to offer refunds on cans, bottles, and gift packs.
