All of our core beers are fermented using our long-standing house yeast culture, which we pitch from one brew into the next. This is a local heritage yeast culture that lends consistently clean and fruity flavour profiles to our beers. It’s a highly flocculating strain so our beers fine well, drop nice and quick in the cellar, and present fresh and bright in the glass.
