Sometimes when it gets darker outside in the evening, you need some sunshine in your glass. With this in mind, we brewed this happy little beer.
After experimenting with Philly Sour yeast on our collab brew with Attic, and with fantastic results, we wanted to brew another delicately soured fruit beer. And what better fruit to put a little sunshine onto the bar than passion fruit.
Pilsner malt, wheat, oats, and a super soft water profile bring fullness and body to this beer, balanced by subtle acidity from the Philly Sour yeast, providing a great foundation on which to showcase the juicy, tropical flavours from one of our favourite fruits.
Available in keg (perfect for drinking in the pub, wearing shorts and flip flops, staring directly into the face of winter and saying “not now, old friend”).
And in can (best enjoyed at home, with friends, in a hot tub, or failing that, in a paddling pool with a dozen submerged fish tank heaters).
