Collection and Delivery Details

Local Delivery:

Our local delivery service is £5 or free if you spend over £55. Please double check your order to ensure that you have clicked the correct delivery method. Deliveries are made by MSR Newsgroup to the following postcode every Friday:

NG1, NG2, NG3, NG4, NG5, NG6, NG7, NG8, NG80, NG9, NG10, NG11, NG12, NG13, NG14, NG15, NG16, NG24, NG25, DE7, DE72.

• Orders must be placed before 12pm each Thursday to qualify for delivery the same week.
• We will attempt to deliver between 10am-4pm.
• All deliveries are zero-contact to your doorstep. We will knock and/or ring the bell and take a photograph of your order as proof of delivery.
• Please ensure you are home during the time slot. If you are unable to be home, please inform us of a safe place where we can leave your delivery.
• Once an order is placed on your doorstep or in your safe place, Castle Rock is no longer liable for any theft, loss or damage to that product.
• Please note, all orders placed for delivery must be received by an adult over 18 years old.

Local Collection:

Weekly collections are now available from our brewery tap, the Vat and Fiddle. Orders need to be placed by midday on Thursdays for collection from 3pm on that Thursday.

You’re welcome to collect your order from then, up until the following Thursday, at midday any time during the pubs’ opening hours, which can be found here.

• Collection Location: The Vat and Fiddle, Queensbridge Road, Nottingham

• Collection Day: You have from the Thursday after placing your order, until the following Thursday to collect your order from the pub.

• Order Deadline: Place orders by 12:00pm (midday) on Thursday

• Collection Time: From 3:00pm on Thursday until the following Thursday at midday, during pub opening hours.

Important Note:
Due to limited storage space, if your order is not collected by the following Thursday, at midday, it will be restocked. You will receive a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.

National Delivery:

Our National delivery service is £7.50, or free if you spend over £55. We use APC to deliver all of our national delivery orders. Our national delivery service is available for the UK only. We send out national deliveries every Thursday, to qualify for delivery the same week you must place you order before 12pm Thursday.

Once your order has been sent out, APC will usually try to deliver it the next day. Please double check your order to ensure that you have clicked the correct delivery method.

Please note, all orders placed for delivery must be received by an adult over 18 years old.

We reserve the right to amend or remove these services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service. We reserve the right to request proof of age.

The above relates to guaranteed dispatched days; once orders have left the brewery we are unable to take responsibility for any delays.
