Collection and Delivery Details

You can order for collection from our Drive Thru, national delivery, or local delivery.

 

Drive Thru

Our drive thru collection is available every Friday, between 3pm and 4pm from our brewery yard in Nottingham. When ordering for collection, please add your vehicle registration number in the box at the checkout. The drive thru allows contact-free collection. You can find us behind the Vat and Fiddle near the train station. Drive down the side of the pub, through the gates and straight into the brewery yard where you find our friendly staff member ready to put your order in your car. Please pop your boot on arrival and your order will be placed in your car by a member of our team, do not exit your vehicle unless told you can by a member of staff. Please double check your order to ensure that you have clicked the correct delivery method. We will contact you before the drive thru to double check you will be attending.

National Delivery

Our National delivery service is £7.50, or free if you spend over £55. We use APC to deliver all of our national delivery orders. Our national delivery service is available for the UK only. We send out national deliveries every Wednesday, to qualify for delivery the same week you must place you order before 12pm Wednesday. Once your order has been sent out, APC will usually try to deliver it the next day. Please double check your order to ensure that you have clicked the correct delivery method.

Local Delivery

Our local delivery service is £4 or free if you spend over £55. Please double check your order to ensure that you have clicked the correct delivery method. Deliveries are made by MSR Newsgroup to the following postcode every week:

Thursdays: NG1, NG2, NG3, NG4, NG5, NG6, NG12, NG13, NG14, NG24, NG25
Fridays: NG7, NG8, NG80, NG9, NG90, NG10, NG11, NG15, NG16, DE7, DE72

  • Orders must be placed before 12pm each Wednesday to qualify for delivery the same week. If your order contains a polypin you must place your order before 12pm on the Tuesday for delivery the same week.
  • We will attempt to deliver between 10am-4pm. We will contact you if we are unable to deliver within this slot.
  • All deliveries are zero-contact to your doorstep. We will knock and/or ring the bell and take a photograph of your order as proof of delivery.
  • Please ensure you are home during the time slot. If you are unable to be home, please inform us of a safe place where we can leave your delivery.
  • Once an order is placed on your doorstep or in your safe place, Castle Rock is no longer liable for any theft, loss or damage to that product.

We reserve the right to amend or remove this service at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service. We reserve the right to request proof of age.
