It’s time to introduce another one of our fantastic Castle Rockians. This time, we’re heading into the brewhouse to meet Ade, one of the talented brewers behind the beers you know and love.

How long have you worked at Castle Rock for?: “Over 20 years!”
What’s the most rewarding part of your job?: “Being a part of a team and providing a quality product that people enjoy drinking.”
Do you have any hobbies?: “I love walking in the countryside and rewarding myself with a pint in a pub afterwards.”
What’s your favourite drink?: “Preservation.”
What’s one fun fact about you that most people don’t know?: “I went to the same school as Pete Budd, lead singer of the Wurzels!”
