Transfer your Points

YOU MUST DOWNLOAD THE APP BEFORE FILLING OUT THE FORM TO TRANSFER YOUR POINTS.

If you have the app and are an existing customer wanting to transfer your points, follow these steps:

1. Make sure your card is registered. 
Your existing points must be assigned to your account before they can be transferred. So, if you have been collecting points but never got around to registering, do that now here.

2. Fill out the form below. We will only use this to transfer your points from your card to the app.

3. Enjoy! You can continue to use your card as normal during the time it takes us to transfer your points over.
You can start using the app as soon as you see the points appear. In the meantime, feel free to keep using your card as usual. Once your points appear on the app, your card will no longer work and you can hand it into the bar for recycling.

Additional Info:
– We will aim to transfer your points within 5 working days from when you complete this form.
– Please note: This is a manual process and we will work through the administration as fast as possible. If, after five working days, your points are still not showing, drop us an email at loyalty@castlerockbrewery.co.uk and we’ll happily investigate the delay.
