Five hireable spaces are available in total:

THE LORD TRENT ROOM

The former ballroom, a large and elegant function room with private bar and toilets.

THE JESSE BOOT ROOM

Jesse Boot’s former office, a small and characterful room for intimate events and ceremonies.

THE CONSERVATORY

A light and airy conservatory opening onto the beer garden, a lovely spot for lunches.

THE ARKWRIGHT ROOM

The dining room of the Embankment, perfect for meals for larger groups.

THE SKITTLES ALLEY

Downstairs, the Embankment houses a unique and traditional skittles alley which dates back to at least the 1970’s. Perfect for parties for small to medium groups.

The Jesse Boot Room

The famous entrepreneur’s office on the first floor of the Embankment has been restored into the spectacular Jesse Boot Room. Oak-panelled and intimate, the Jesse Boot room is steeped in history and character.

The Lord Trent Room

Restored to its former glory, the beautiful 1930S art-deco room is light and airy thanks to its double height ceilings, beautiful architectural arches adorned with original stained-glass windows. An elegant and versatile space, complete with a private bar and restrooms.
