This time, we’re heading over to the Stratford Haven to meet Alice, one of their incredible bar staff!

How long have you worked at Castle Rock for?: 9 years
What’s the most rewarding part of your job?: “Getting to know customers and being able to connect with them. Also, learning all about the new drinks coming onto the bar.”
Do you have any hobbies?: “Reading thrillers.”
What’s your favourite drink?: “Pinot Grigio.”
What’s one fun fact about you that most people don’t know?: “I have a book review page on Instagram for all my recommended books.”
