This time, we’re heading over to the Bread and Bitter to meet Ben, their assistant manager!

How long have you worked at Castle Rock for?: 17 years
What’s the most rewarding part of your job?: “The customers and the whole vibe that comes from the pub being a community hub.”
Do you have any hobbies?: “Play classical guitar in a band and cook a new dish every other week.”
What’s your favourite drink?: “At the pub it would be a lager and at home, red wine.”
What’s one fun fact about you that most people don’t know?: “I have no secrets! I have been in the modelling business when I was much younger and a couple of films”.
