Crikey! What a week!
We were humbled and honored to be awarded Gold at the SIBA National Independent Beer Awards 2022 for Oatmeal Stout in the Bottle/Can British Dark Beers (4.5 to 6.4% ABV) category.

Oatmeal Stout was originally brewed as a one off, available in keg and can. However, feedback from our own pubs and customers was so positive that we decided to bring back the beer in cask. Recently, whispers have been circling about bringing the beer in as a permanent number. Yes, we can confirm, it’s STAYING.
Richly flavoured and full-bodied, Oatmeal Stout uses UK Phoenix hops for subtle aromas of dried fruit, spice, and marmalade. These are balanced by the chocolate, coffee and caramel from darker malts. The London Ale iii yeast strain lends a real smoothness to the finish. It’s a real beauty and we are so pleased that others are enjoying this recipe as much as we are.
