This time, we’re heading over to one of our tenancies, the Alexandra Hotel to meet Pat, one of their incredible bar staff!
Position: Bar Tender
How long have you worked at Castle Rock for?: “8 months. I was previously a regular!”
What’s the most rewarding part of your job?: “I have been a customer for years and love working at the Alex as I love the sense of community here.”
Do you have any hobbies?: “I love being outdoors and I love cycling and hiking in my spare time. I often head off on European trips in my motorhome.”
What’s your favourite drink?: “Flavoured stouts.”
What’s one fun fact about you that most people don’t know?: “I’m a former engineer in the manufacturing industry.”
