Brewer’s Notes – SIPA: Mosaic
Earlier this year, following a couple of cans we were really pleased with (NEIPA and West Coast SIPA), we brewed SIPA: Mosaic and it quickly became an in-house favourite. Our mutually beneficial brewing partnership with Attic Brew Co. was still in its early days then but one year on and two collab beers later, it’s still going strong.
Brewer’s Notes: Chocolate Orange Stout
Liv, our brilliant and lovely head of brand and communications, came up with the idea for us to brew this one. If it was going into your 24 pack of beers advent calendar, it would be behind door 24.

Brewer’s Notes – Pint of Plain
Sometimes you just want to keep it simple, and sometimes the old songs are the best. We realised we haven’t brewed you a porter in a long time, which is weird because they are amazing. We love a nice pint of porter, it’s got stacks of flavour and all those beautiful, warmed up crystal and roasted malts smell great on a brew day.

Brewer’s Notes: Cosmic Dancer
To bring a little more colour to Cosmic Dancer, and a bit more complexity to the palette, we added Munich malt and a hint (just a hint) of chocolate. Think biscuit and toasted cereals. All this helps provide balance and structural support for the dry hop bill.
