The project is creating 22 collaborative brews across the country

Ian Jones, the Wandering Brewer and head brewer at Charles Wells Brewery, is visiting 22 different breweries across the country, over the next 22 months, to share his passion with as many people as possible. The 22 brews are directly related to the number of letters in the Wandering Brewer Project title, we’ll give you a second to count them. After successful brews such as Another Special Ale with Bristol Beer Factory and Wet Pale Ale with XT Brewing, it was our turn for the third brew.

Aptly named ‘Nick’s Ale’, this winter warming beer is using a mixture of Endeavour and First Gold hops. This brew will have a seasonal feel with the addition of cinnamon and orange that will leave a slightly spicy but fruity and citrusy taste. With a 4.8% ABV, this festive ale will be available from late November in Castle Rock pubs for you to enjoy as we enter December.
